Front Office: Front Office Administration. To attend Telephone calls (Incoming & outgoing) Maintaining Inward & Outward registers. Co-ordination with internal as well as external customers / clients. General Administration: General Housekeeping facility management. Issuing stationary materials to employees General co-ordination & correspondence HR : Employee Attendance record reporting for the same to HR. To assist HR dept. regarding Job Posing and Resume Search . Co-ordination with all Placement Agencies regarding man power requirement. To arrange interview schedule in co-ordination with concerned HOD and Placement Agency. To maintain records of all resumes received and other required database. Client Relations: Generation and development of qualified leads for the sales team and fixing an appointment with the client. Primarily handling outbound telemarketing, introducing the company and the products to the prospective clients, coordinating with email and mailing efforts across all sales channels. Inbound call handling in response to online enquiries and other marketing activities. Coordinating with marketing and sales team and assist in event follow-up and mail campaigns.
HR Activities: Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs. Maintaining leave records of all the employees Query and grievance handling of the Employees. Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, & confirmation Letters. Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits. Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, terminating employees, and administering disciplinary procedures. Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes. Handling exit-Interview and issuing reliving letters & full and final statement of existing employees. Maintaining the records of the employee by maintaining their personal file. Admin Activities: Supervise and manage all day-to-day office administrative activities. Vendor Management & Office Administration (Adequacy of stationery / provisions / refreshments / sub staff). Co-ordination and maintenance of systems related to housekeeping. Monitor assets list of the company for up-to-date information. Handling complete facilities and infrastructure of office and liaising with contractors and interiors for the same. Liaising with external agencies (police / municipalities / corporation / legal / lessor and other government statutory bodies. Supervising airlines & railway bookings, hotel bookings & cab arrangements for employees & guest.
